Room's fund consists of 100 rooms of various categories: "standard" - 90 rooms, "Studio luxe" - 9 rooms, "Presidential Suit" - 1 room. In the basic building of hotel with the 100 % capacity can live simultaneously 202 persons in day. The basic zones:
